The Sounds of Shannon Cain
October 24, 2006
I'll go ahead and be the first person to announce the King of Americana, and his name is Shannon Cain.
How he produces such a robust vocal, and how his guitar withstands the impact of his playing, I'll never know. But one thing is for sure: you hear one second of this song, and you lose all voluntary functioning of your legs. Let the foot-stomping commence:
"Simple Twist of Fate"
And if that wasn't enough for you, check out these great songs: "Dance Carolina" and "Out of My Mind"

He could be country music's next big thing.... His impressive voice and foot-tapping rhythms proved to be a huge hit during a recent visit to the Tampa Bay area, winning Shannon new fans and a great deal of respect amongst many of the Bay area's top folk and country performers. It's clear Shannon is a shooting star and Nubzilla's Café is thrilled to be one of his stops on his way to the top.
Fan Feedback
Caught you on Julie Taylor's radio show and was very impressed. The music was great, your stage presence was fantastic, and the audience reaction was over the top! There seemed to be many in the audience who were discovering you for the first time and it was obvious they loved your presentation -- looks, talent, original music-- what's not to love! Keep up the good work, its obvious great things are coming. Keep writing songs... you are a talented composer/ lyricist.
